The Royal Trophy Golf Championship has been postponed in respect of Thailand's mourning period over the passing of Her Royal Highness Princess Galyani Vadhana. The government announced a 15-day mourning period and asked that festive activities be suspended during this time.

The Royal Trophy was to have been held at Amata Spring Country Club, January 11-13.
The tournament features the finest players from Asia and Europe
competing for stewardship over the Royal Trophy, which was graciously
donated by His Majesty the King.
Organisers said the event's third edition will be held at the earliest date possible
